Telereal and their architects Sutters Partnership are undertaking pre-application consultation, on the proposals for the above site, with High Wycombe council, the statutory bodies and neighbours. Prior to the submission of a planning application, the details of the proposed scheme are attached in the documents below in order to give easy on-line access and the opportunity to give early feedback on the proposals (Please note the council will undertake their own formal consultation once the proposed planning application has been submitted and nearby residents will receive letters inviting comments from the local authority).
